The invention discloses a lifting type vehicle parking and picking-up platform for an underground garage. The underground garage comprises a cylindrical underground space structure; the interior of the cylindrical underground space structure is provided with a parking layer; and the parking layer is provided with parking spaces and first reference structures associated with the parking spaces. Thevehicle parking and picking-up platform comprises a mounting structure, lifting equipment, a trackless conveying mechanism, and a controlling device; the mounting structure is arranged right over a vertical channel; the lifting equipment is arranged along the vertical channel and comprises a pulley mechanism, a vehicle carrying platform, a winding device and a rope; the vehicle carrying platformis provided with at least one vehicle carrying place and a second reference structure which is associated with the vehicle carrying place; the trackless conveying mechanism is movably arranged on thevehicle carrying platform and is provided with a conveying mechanism body, a jacking device, a walking mechanism, a power mechanism and a remote control device; and the controlling device is used forcontrolling lifting of a lifting mechanism and rotation of the vehicle carrying platform.
