The invention discloses a combined type vehicle parking and picking-up platform for an overground and underground garage. The combined type vehicle parking and picking-up platform comprises a barrel-shaped space structure and a vertical channel, wherein the barrel-shaped space structure comprises an overground part and an underground part communicating with the overground part; the overground partand the underground part are each provided with at least one parking layer, and the parking layers are vertically arranged in an aligned mode; each parking layer is provided with at least one parkingspace arranged in the circumferential direction and a plurality of first reference structures, and each first reference structure is associated with at least one parking space; and the vertical channel is located in the center of the parking spaces arranged in the circumferential direction. The combined type vehicle parking and picking-up platform comprises a lifting type vehicle parking and picking-up platform and a jacking type vehicle parking and picking-up platform; a first vehicle carrying platform and a second vehicle carrying platform are each provided with at least one vehicle carrying space and second reference structures which are located on the first vehicle carrying platform and the second vehicle carrying platform and associated with the vehicle carrying spaces; and each vehicle carrying space is provided with a trackless conveying mechanism which is movably arranged on the first vehicle carrying platform and the second vehicle carrying platform.
