The invention discloses a lightning protection device of a photovolatic grid-connected power generation device. The lightning protection device comprises a central tower and a tower base, wherein thecentral tower is arranged on the tower base; the tower base is fixed on a cement foundation embedded in the land; a central lightning rod is arranged at the upper end of the central tower; the centrallightning rod is connected with the land through a lightning conductor; a plurality of cross rods are fixedly connected to the interior of the central tower; arc-shaped plates are arranged above theplurality of cross rods; the plurality of arc-shaped plates are connected with the cross rods on the lower sides of the arc-shaped plates through connecting mechanisms; a solar power generation panelis arranged on the land; and a plurality of auxiliary lightning rods are arranged on the land. The lightning protection device is reasonable in structure, the arc-shaped plates which are convenient toassemble and disassemble can generate downward pressure in strong wind weather, so that the downward pressure is generated on the central tower, the central tower is more stable in strong wind, and the stability of the central tower can be improved again through a fixing mechanism.
