The invention discloses a building dust-removal splash-proof fence. The building dust-removal splash-proof fence comprises a fence body, a rotating cavity with a leftward opening is formed in the lower end in the fence body, a spray head cavity with an upward opening is formed in the upper end in the fence body, a water spraying dust-removal mechanism for dust removal of air is arranged in the spray head cavity, a pedestrian sensing mechanism for sensing approaching of pedestrians is arranged in the rotating cavity, and a splash blocking mechanism for blocking water of a dustproof spray head is further arranged in the side wall of the spray head cavity. The fence can be freely spliced, the dustproof spray head is arranged in the fence, and the spray head is located in the fence when the fence is disassembled and assembled, so that disassembly, assembly and transportation are convenient; when dust prevention is needed, the spray head can extend out only by connecting a water source, andthe spray head is automatically rotated to spray water to enlarge the dust-removal range; and when the pedestrians pass through the water spraying position, the spray head can be automatically foldedto prevent the pedestrians from being splashed.
