The invention provides a dust-proof building fence structure. The dust-proof building fence structure comprises a bottom plate, wherein a vertical plate is arranged on one side of the top of the bottom plate; a fixing mechanism positioned on one side of the vertical plate is arranged on the bottom plate; a plurality of sliding grooves are fixedly formed in one side of the vertical plate; positioning holes are formed in the top ends of the sliding grooves; the sliding grooves are slidably connected with a dust falling mechanism for reducing dust; a clamping block positioned on the top of the dust falling mechanism is arranged on the vertical plate; and a spraying mechanism for preventing dust is arranged on the clamping block. By the fixing mechanism, when wind blows to the vertical plate, the vertical plate can drive a second fixing rod to move through a fixing seat, the angle of the vertical plate is changed, wind resistance is reduced, the wind flows easily, the impact force to the vertical plate is small, and the stability of the bottom plate is improved; and when the wind stops, a buffer spring can push one end, which is positioned in a buffer head, of the second fixing rod, the vertical plate restores to the original state of being perpendicular to the bottom plate, manual maintenance is not required, the stability of the vertical plate is improved, and the problem of a wind-resistant function in the prior art is solved.
