Novel asphalt concrete and preparation process thereof
The invention provides novel asphalt concrete and a preparation process thereof. The novel asphalt concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 2.5 to 4.5 percent oflimestone mineral powder, 2 to 3.5 percent of fly ash, 4 to 6 percent of asphalt, 0.8 to 1.3 percent of modified basalt chopped fiber, 2.5 to 6 percent of bentonite-loaded nano SiC-TaC composite material and the balance of coarse and fine aggregates. The preparation process comprises the following steps: (1) weighing the raw materials; (2) heating the coarse and fine aggregates to 125-130 DEG C, and heating the asphalt to 130-135 DEG C for later use; and (3) sequentially adding limestone mineral powder, fly ash, modified basalt chopped fibers and the bentonite-loaded nano SiC-TaC composite material into a stirrer, stirring for 10-15 minutes at 125-130 DEG C, adding asphalt, stirring, adding coarse and fine aggregates, and stirring to obtain the finished material. The mixing temperature islow, the dispersing performance of all modified substances is good, and the prepared asphalt concrete is high in high-temperature deformation resistance, good in ageing resistance, high in stability and excellent in comprehensive performance.
本发明提供了一种新型沥青混凝土及其制备工艺,沥青混凝土由以下重量百分比的原料制成:石灰石矿粉2.5‑4.5%、粉煤灰2‑3.5%、沥青4‑6%、改性玄武岩短切纤维0.8‑1.3%、膨润土负载纳米SiC‑TaC复合材料2.5‑6%,余量为粗细集料。制备工艺包括以下步骤:(1)称取各原料;(2)将粗细集料加热至125‑130℃,沥青加热至130‑135℃,备用;(3)向搅拌器中依次加入石灰石矿粉、粉煤灰、改性玄武岩短切纤维、膨润土负载纳米SiC‑TaC复合材料,在125‑130℃下搅拌10‑15min后,加入沥青,搅拌,加入粗细集料,搅拌,即得。本发明拌和温度较低,各改性物质分散性能好,制备得到的沥青混凝土抵抗高温变形的能力强,抗老化性能好,稳定度高,综合性能优异。
