Recycled asphalt concrete and preparation process thereof
The invention discloses recycled asphalt concrete and a preparation process thereof. The recycled asphalt concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-7 parts of waste asphalt concrete, 10-15 parts of a new material, 0.2-0.4 part of modified asphalt, 0.1-0.2 part of a gap reducing material, 0.1-0.2 part of a fiber material and 0.05-0.1 part of a regenerant. The preparation process comprises the steps: S01, crushing and sieving waste asphalt concrete blocks, and finally transporting the crushed and sieved waste asphalt concrete blocks to a specified position; S02, stirringand uniformly mixing the corresponding weight parts of the new material, the waste asphalt concrete and the regenerant in a stirring barrel to obtain a first mixed material; S03, adding an gap reducing material and the fiber material into the first mixed material, and drying and stirring to obtain a dried second mixed material; and S04, heating the modified asphalt to 150-180 DEG C, adding the modified asphalt into the second mixture, and stirring to finally obtain the recycled asphalt concrete. The recycled asphalt concrete provided by the invention has good stability in the use process, andthe phenomena of aging and fragmentation of the asphalt concrete after being pressed and trodden are reduced.
