Slump loss-resistant micro-expansive concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to slump loss-resistant micro-expansive concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300 to 500 partsof cement, 35 to 48 parts of fly ash, 40 to 69 parts of expanding agent, 500 to 700 parts of sand, 900 to 1100 parts of stone, 140 to 223 parts of water and 7 to 18 parts of additive, wherein the additive comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-21 parts of a water reducing agent, 11-18 parts of a slump retaining agent and 7-16 parts of white sugar, the slump retaining agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-36 parts of sodium gluconate and 9-16 parts of zinc sulfate. The preparation method of the concrete comprises the following steps: mixing the corresponding components under specified conditions, therefore, the slump loss of the micro-expansive concrete can be effectively reduced.
