Concrete with high slump loss resistance and preparation method thereof
The slump-retaining concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 390 to 410 parts of cement, 860 to 880 parts of gravel, 150 to 170 parts of calcareous sand, 130 to 150 parts of water, 50 to 70 parts of fly ash and 10 to 12 parts of a high-performance water reducing agent. The high-performance water reducing agent is prepared from ethylene glycol monovinyl polyoxyethylene ether, isobutyl methacrylate, acrylic acid, hydrogen peroxide, ascorbic acid and sodium tripolyphosphate. The compressive strength of the prepared high-slump-retaining-property concrete meets the C60 concrete standard, and the long-distance transportation simulation test shows that the prepared concrete is good in slump retaining property.
本发明提出了一种保坍性混凝土的制备方法,按重量份计,原料包括水泥390‑410份,碎石860‑880份,钙质砂150‑170份,水130‑150份,粉煤灰50‑70份,高性能减水剂10‑12份,高性能减水剂由乙二醇单乙烯基聚氧乙烯醚、甲基丙烯酸异丁酯、丙烯酸、双氧水、抗坏血酸和三聚磷酸钠制得。本发明制得的高保坍性的混凝土抗压强度符合C60混凝土标准,经过模拟长途运输测试,本发明制得的混凝土保坍性良好。
