The invention relates to insulator surface glazing equipment and a glazing method thereof. The glazing equipment comprises a bottom plate, a top plate, a glaze dipping tank and a feeding device, the glaze dipping tank is installed at the upper end of the bottom plate, the top plate is arranged above the glaze dipping tank, the feeding device is installed at the lower end of the top plate, a firstclosed sliding groove and a second closed sliding groove are sequentially formed in the lower end of the top plate from inside to outside, and the feeding device comprises a belt conveyor, a sliding block, a sliding frame, a reset spring, an extrusion block and a fixing mechanism. According to the invention, the extrusion block arranged into the inverted isosceles trapezoid structure drives the fixing mechanism with an insulator to move up and down; the fixing mechanism can be automatically pushed into glaze slip at a proper position, the fixing mechanism is pulled out upwards after glaze dipping is completed, lifting equipment does not need to be used for adjusting the position of the fixing mechanism, in addition, the insulator can be driven by the fixing mechanism to rotate in the glazefeeding and discharging process, and uniform attachment of the glaze slip and throwing-out of redundant glaze slip are facilitated.
本发明涉及一种绝缘子表层涂釉设备及其涂釉方法,涂釉设备包括底板、顶板、浸釉箱与送料装置,所述底板上端安装有浸釉箱,浸釉箱上方布置有顶板,顶板下端安装有送料装置,顶板下端从内向外依次开设有一号封闭滑槽与二号封闭滑槽,送料装置包括带式输送机、滑动块、滑动架、复位弹簧、挤压块与固定机构。本发明通过设置成倒置的等腰梯形结构的挤压块带动放置有绝缘子的固定机构进行上下运动,能够在适当位置自动将固定机构推入釉浆,待浸釉完毕后再将固定机构向上拉出,无需使用升降设备对固定机构位置进行调节,此外在进出釉过程中,绝缘子在固定机构的驱动下能够进行旋转,有利于釉浆均匀的附着以及多余釉浆的甩出。
