Triangular structure system for steel arch bridge swivel construction and mounting method thereof
The invention relates to a triangular structure system for steel arch bridge swivel construction and a mounting method thereof. The triangular structure system comprises a pressing rod and a pull rodwhich are hinged to each other, one end of the pressing rod is further connected to the bridge floor beam through a rear inhaul cable, the other end of the pressing rod is hinged to one end of a steelarch, and the other end of the steel arch is hinged to the end, not hinged to the pressing rod, of the pull rod. When the triangular structure system is installed, a core penetrating oil cylinder installed on a rear inhaul cable and a door-shaped support which is used for containing a pull rod and can move in a lifting mode are utilized. The core penetrating oil cylinder contracts to pull the rear inhaul cable, so that the pressing rod rotates upwards, the pull rod is lifted, and the door-shaped support is moved and lifted along with the pressing rod; and when the door-shaped support is movedto the position, corresponding to the pull rod, of the steel arch, the pull rod is moved out of the door-shaped support and then hinged to the steel arch. Compared with the prior art, when the largetripod system is installed, large hoisting equipment is not needed any more, high-altitude operation is converted into ground operation, the construction risk can be reduced, the construction period can be shortened, and the construction cost can be reduced.
本发明涉及一种钢拱桥转体施工用三角形结构体系及其安装方法,该三角形结构体系包括相互铰接的压杆和拉杆,压杆的一端还通过后拉索连接至桥面梁,压杆的另一端铰接至钢拱的一端,钢拱的另一端与拉杆未与压杆铰接的一端相铰接。安装该三角形结构体系时,利用后拉索上安装的穿芯油缸以及用于放置拉杆的可升降移动的门形支架,穿芯油缸收缩拉动后拉索,使压杆往上转动、拉杆被抬起、门形支架随之移动抬升,当门形支架移动到钢拱对应连接拉杆的位置时,将拉杆从门形支架移出后与钢拱铰接。与现有技术相比,本发明在安装大型三角架体系时,不再需要借助大型吊装设备,将高空作业转为地面作业,能够降低施工风险、缩短施工工期、减少施工成本。
