The invention provides a ventilating fire-fighting type totally-enclosed sound barrier. The ventilating fire-fighting type totally-enclosed sound barrier comprises a steel frame support, a low-melting-point sound barrier unit and a ventilating, noise-eliminating and smoke-exhausting device, the steel frame support is composed of a stand column support and an arc-shaped top frame, and the bottom end of the stand column support is fixedly connected with a single foundation embedded part or an embedded part in a rail foundation. The low-melting-point sound barrier unit, the ventilating, noise-eliminating and smoke-exhausting device and the steel frame support are fixedly connected through connecting parts. The low-melting-point sound barrier unit is arranged on one side or two sides of the totally-enclosed sound barrier or forms the whole totally-enclosed sound barrier except the ventilating, noise-eliminating and smoke-exhausting device. The acoustic totally-enclosed sound barrier in a true physical sense is achieved, the smoke exhaust structure form comprises a top smoke exhaust structure and smoke exhaust after low-temperature fusing plates on the two sides are fused, a more convenient fire extinguishing mode is provided, and direct fire extinguishing is performed on the two sides when a fire occurs.
