Totally-enclosed sound barrier and mounting method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of totally-enclosed sound barriers for high-speed railways, in particular to a totally-enclosed sound barrier and a mounting method thereof. A totally-enclosed sound barrier comprises a cement foundation, foundation bolts, a transition beam, a steel structure framework and unit sound absorption and insulation plates. The transition beam is C-shaped steel, screw holes for fixing the steel structure framework are formed in the upper plane of the transition beam, foundation bolt holes are formed in the bottom plane of the transition beam, and expansion joints are additionally arranged on the transition beam at the bent position. The steel structure framework is H-shaped steel, a fixing plate is welded to the bottom end of the steel structure framework, and screw holes in the fixing plate are aligned with screw holes in the upper plane of the transition beam. The unit sound absorption and insulation board is divided into a rectangle or a longitudinal arc according to different door frame type steel structure frameworks or arch-shaped steel structure frameworks, a supporting frame is formed by an aluminum alloy frame in the unit sound absorption and insulation board, one side of the aluminum alloy frame is provided with the sound absorption and insulation board, the other side is provided with the aluminum alloy hanging board, and the middle is provided with rock wool. The upper side, the lower side, the left side and the right side of each unit sound absorption and insulation board are provided with corresponding tenon-and-mortise structures of trapezoidal bosses and grooves.
