The invention discloses a water-saving ship lock power generation recharging device of a multi-stage water-saving pool. The device comprises a multi-stage ship lock system, a multi-stage water savingpool system, an irrigation and drainage power generation mechanism and a water suction pump water conveying system. The multi-stage ship lock system and the multi-stage water saving pool system are used for reducing a water head needing to be borne by a ship lock, a total amount of water needed when the ship passes through the ship lock is reduced, and a water saving rate is increased; the multi-stage water-saving system can better store water conveyed to the water-saving pool from a lock chamber, and a water storage capacity is improved; the irrigation and drainage power generation system generates power through water energy generated by mutual irrigation and drainage of the lock chamber and the water-saving pool, and water resources are fully utilized; and the pump water conveying systemconveys water from downstream to upstream by utilizing electric energy generated by the irrigation and drainage system so that a water-saving effect of the ship lock is improved again.
