Method for forming holes in pile foundation
The invention provides a method for forming holes in a pile foundation, and relates to the technical field of cast-in-place pile construction. The method for forming the holes in the pile foundation comprises the following steps of: step (1). drilling into a weak interlayer by adopting a rotary drilling rig; step (2). performing rotary excavating till hole collapse; step (3). backfilling cement soil or limestone soil after hole collapse in the weak interlayer; step (4). replacing the rotary drilling rig with a percussion drill, and performing impact compaction in collapsing holes by using thepercussion drill, wherein a drill bit of the percussion drill is a conical; step (5). replacing the percussion drill with the rotary drilling rig; and step (6). drilling by adopting the rotary drilling rig till forming the holes. In the construction process, the drill bit with the pointed lower part is used for backfill impact, so that the squeezing force spreading to the range of the collapsing holes during impact can be greatly improved, and a dense and stable wall protection structure which is much stronger than the original stratum is formed. The cement soil or the limestone soil are cheap. When the stratum has the local weak interlayer, the method can effectively deal with the collapsing holes; the processing cost is relatively low; and the construction efficiency can be improved.
本发明提供了一种桩基成孔方法,涉及灌注桩施工的技术领域,桩基成孔方法包括以下步骤:(1)采用旋挖钻机钻进至软弱夹层;(2)旋挖至塌孔;(3)在软弱夹层塌孔后回填水泥土或石灰土;(4)将旋挖钻机更换为冲击钻机,采用冲击钻机在塌孔内进行冲击挤密;其中,冲击钻机的钻头为锥形头;(5)将冲击钻机更换为旋挖钻机;(6)采用旋挖钻机钻进直至成孔。在施工过程中,回填冲击采用下部呈尖头状的钻头,能够大幅度提高冲击时扩散到塌孔范围的挤压力,形成强度远高于原地层的致密稳定护壁结构,并且水泥土或石灰土的费用便宜。在地层存在局部软弱夹层时,上述方法能够有效处理塌孔,并且处理成本较低,能够提高施工效率。
