The invention discloses a prestressed monitoring anchor rod structure and a tensioning method, and relates to the technical field of building engineering support. The structure comprises a prestressedanchor rod, a stress meter, a mortar stop plug, a nut, a guide assembly, a fixing assembly, a grouting assembly, an exhaust assembly and a plurality of centering supports; the prestressed anchor rodcomprises a first anchor rod segment and a second anchor rod segment, wherein the first anchor rod segment, the stress meter and the second anchor rod segment are fixedly connected in sequence from front to back, the mortar stop plug fixedly sleeves the first anchor rod segment, the plurality of centering supports are fixed on the second anchor rod segment, the guide assembly and the nut sequentially sleeve the rear part of the second anchor rod segment, the nut is in threaded connection with the second anchor rod segment, the rear end of the second anchor rod segment is used for being connected with one end of the fixing assembly, the other end of the fixing assembly is used for being anchored in hole opening bedrock, and both the grouting assembly and the exhaust assembly are arranged onone side of the prestressed anchor rod. According to the structure and the tensioning method, the stress meter can be prevented from being damaged by torsion, and the axial stress of the prestressedanchor rod during tensioning can be ensured to meet the design requirement.
本发明公开一种预应力监测锚杆结构及张拉方法,涉及建筑工程支护技术领域,包括预应力锚杆、应力计、止浆塞、螺母、导向组件、固定组件、注浆组件、排气组件和若干个对中支架,预应力锚杆包括第一锚杆段和第二锚杆段,第一锚杆段、应力计和第二锚杆段由前至后依次固定连接,止浆塞固定套设于第一锚杆段上,若干个对中支架固定于第二锚杆段上,第二锚杆段的后部依次套设有导向组件和螺母,螺母与第二锚杆段螺纹连接,第二锚杆段的后端用于与固定组件的一端连接,固定组件的另一端用于锚入孔口基岩中,注浆组件和排气组件均设置于预应力锚杆的一侧。该结构及张拉方法能够防止应力计受扭破坏,保证张拉时预应力锚杆轴向受力满足设计要求。
