A rotating assembly is arranged on a fixedplate above a lifting assembly on the top of a base. A breaking frame is fixedly connected to the rotating assembly. Two electric telescopic rods are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the inner wall of the top of the breaking frame. The bottom ends of the two electric telescopic rods are both fixedly connected with fixed bases with fixing cavities. A first motor is fixedly connected to the inner wall of one side of each fixing cavity. A threaded shaft is in transmission connection with an output shaft of each first motor. A sliding plate is slidably connected to the interior of each fixing cavity. One side of each sliding plate is fixedly connected with a threaded seat. One end of each threaded shaft extends into a threaded hole and is in threaded connection with the threaded hole. The other side of each sliding plate is fixedly connected with a second motor. An output shaft of each second motor extends to one side of the corresponding fixed base and is fixedly connected with a crushing head. The whole breaking process of a pile foundation pile head is implemented in the crushing frame. The situation that dust and broken stones are splashed and injure human bodies is effectively prevented.
