Pile head breaking device of bridge pile foundation
The invention provides a pile head breaking device of a bridge pile foundation, and belongs to the technical field of concrete pile foundations. The pile head breaking device comprises a pull-out cylinder, a sealing assembly and a driving assembly. The lower end of the pull-out cylinder is used for being inserted into pile foundation concrete before initial setting. The sealing assembly is hingedto the lower end of the pull-out cylinder. The driving assembly is arranged on the pull-out cylinder, is connected with the sealing assembly, and is used for driving the sealing assembly to rotate around a hinge point, so that the sealing assembly seals the lower end of the pull-out cylinder. Before the pile foundation of a cast-in-place pile is initially set, the lower end of the pull-out cylinder is inserted into a pile foundation hole. During the insertion of the pull-out cylinder, concrete in the pile foundation hole can enter the pull-out cylinder. The sealing assembly is driven by the driving assembly to rotate around the hinge point, the lower end of the pull-out cylinder can be sealed by the sealing assembly, the pull-out cylinder is lifted away from the pile foundation hole underthe lifting effect of lifting equipment, and therefore the length of over-poured concrete part of the cast-in-place pile foundation can be reduced.
