The invention discloses a circular combined cofferdam for seasonal water area bridge rock-socketed foundation and a construction method. The circular combined cofferdam comprises a circular secant pile cofferdam, a top beam at the tops of secant piles and a circular double-wall steel cofferdam body arranged on the top beam. The circular secant pile cofferdam is formed by arranging secant piles A and secant piles B in a staggered mode. The top beam is of a reinforced concrete structure, the secant piles A and the secant piles B are connected into a whole through anchor bars reserved at the topsof the secant piles, the double-wall steel cofferdam is of a traditional structure in the prior art, the bottom of the double-wall steel cofferdam is hollow and connected with the top beam, and shearreinforcements are arranged on the connecting section and used for pouring bin clamping concrete to stop water. The secant piles A are plain concrete piles with anchor bars at the tops or reinforcedconcrete piles with rectangular reinforcement cages, and the secant piles B are reinforced concrete piles with circular reinforcement cages or reinforced concrete piles with rectangular reinforcementcages. The method is short in construction period, low in construction risk, low in resource consumption and low in engineering cost.
