Rock-socketed anchoring locking steel pipe pile cofferdam construction method
The invention relates to a rock-socketed anchored locking steel pipe pile cofferdam construction method which comprises the following steps: inserting and driving a steel casing to the top surface of a rock stratum along the design position of a cofferdam, drilling a guide hole in the guide hole steel casing, filling sand until the sand is flush with the top surface of the rock stratum, and pulling out the guide hole steel casing; a locking steel pipe pile is inserted into the sand filling position, and a C-T-shaped locking opening is filled with a clay hemp rope mixture for water stopping; high-pressure jet grouting is carried out at the sand filling position outside the fore shaft steel pipe pile through a double pipe method, and grouting solidification is carried out; arranging a bucket excavator and a slag box to excavate a sand soil stratum covered in the cofferdam, pumping water, then chiseling away a rock stratum, breaking a pile head, and pouring a concrete cushion layer; and carrying out bearing platform construction, after the bearing platform construction is completed, backfilling a gap between the bearing platform and the cofferdam lock catch pipe pile with sandy soil, constructing a main tower structure, and removing the cofferdam in a dry season. The method has the advantages of being excellent in bearing capacity and water stopping effect.
本发明涉及一种嵌岩锚固的锁口钢管桩围堰施工方法,包括以下步骤:沿围堰设计位置插打钢护筒至岩层顶面,在引孔钢护筒内进行钻进引孔,并进行灌砂,灌砂至与岩层顶面齐平,拔出引孔钢护筒;往灌砂处插打锁口钢管桩,C‑T型锁口内塞填粘土麻绳混合物止水;在锁口钢管桩外的灌砂处通过二重管法高压旋喷注浆,以进行注浆固化;布置挖斗机和渣箱挖除围堰内覆盖砂土地层并进行抽水,然后凿除岩层,破除桩头,浇筑混凝土垫层;进行承台施工,承台施工完成后,承台与围堰锁扣管桩间隙采用砂土回填,施工主塔结构,并在枯水期进行围堰拆除。本发明具有优秀的承载力以及止水效果的优点。
