The invention provides a system for collecting and storing rainwater and supplementing underground water and irrigating the field. The system for collecting and storing rainwater and supplementing underground water and irrigating the field comprises a water storage cellar arranged underground. A rainwater collecting unit is integrated on the water storage cellar. The rainwater collecting unit comprises a rainwater collecting port, a rainwater pipe and a water-retaining wall arranged on the top of the water storage cellar. The water-retaining wall is located above the ground. The rainwater collecting port is formed in the inner side of the water-retaining wall and in the direction tilting with the ground. The lower portion of the rainwater collecting port is connected with a rainwater pipeby which rainwater is guided into the water storage cellar. By means of the system, the underground water is supplemented so that a larger storage amount is retained by the underground water; an underground water-saving manner is adopted when the field is irrigated; once drought occurs to grain crops, the field can be irrigated as soon as possible, and production-reduction loss of grains is prevented from being caused; and in addition, a water cellar can be built anywhere, and buildings and farmland planting on the ground are not influenced.
