Self-resetting sliding friction damper based on SMA
The invention discloses a self-resetting sliding friction damper based on SMA. A cover plate and a center clamping plate are connected through SMA bolts, through the design of inclined planes on the cover plate and the center clamping plate, when the damper is pressed or pulled, the center clamping plate slides inwards or outwards horizontally, the inclined planes drive the cover plate to move outwards, and therefore the SMA bolts are pulled. The energy dissipation capacity of the damper is composed of two parts, namely friction energy dissipation between the inclined planes and SMA bolt deformation energy dissipation. The inclination angle of the inclined plane is adjusted during design, and the proportional relation between the deformation of the damper and the tensile deformation of theSMA bolt is changed, so that displacement amplification is realized. In the deformation process of the damper, other components except the SMA bolt are all in the elastic stage, and due to the uniquesuperelasticity of the SMA material, residual deformation does not exist in the SMA bolt in the loading and unloading process of the damper. By applying the pre-tightening force to the SMA bolt, thedamper can have high initial rigidity.
