Self-resetting friction damper
The invention provides a self-resetting friction damper which comprises a cylinder body and a guide rod penetrating into the cylinder body, and a first piston piece, a first elastic piece and a second piston piece which are used for allowing the guide rod to sequentially penetrate through are arranged in an inner cavity of the cylinder body; the cylinder body is provided with a first inner friction plate and a second inner friction plate which abut against the inner side wall of the cylinder body, the first inner friction plate comprises a first protruding part clamped between the first piston piece and the first elastic piece, and the second inner friction plate comprises a second protruding part clamped between the second piston piece and the first elastic piece; the guide rod is provided with a first limiting part and a second limiting part, the first limiting part abuts against the side, away from the first elastic piece, of the first piston piece, and the second limiting part abuts against the side, away from the first elastic piece, of the second piston piece. The first elastic piece can be pressed when the guide rod moves in any axial direction, so that self-resetting is achieved, and meanwhile damping energy consumption is achieved through friction force.
本发明提供一种自复位摩擦阻尼器,包括一缸体和穿入所述缸体的导杆,在缸体的内腔中设有供所述导杆依次穿过的第一活塞件、第一弹性件和第二活塞件;缸体设有与所述缸体内侧壁相抵接的第一内摩擦板和第二内摩擦板,第一内摩擦板包括夹设于第一活塞件和第一弹性件之间的第一凸起部,第二内摩擦板包括夹设于第二活塞件和第一弹性件之间的第二凸起部;导杆上设有第一限位部和第二限位部,第一限位部与第一活塞件远离第一弹性件的一侧相抵接,第二限位部与第二活塞件远离所述第一弹性件的一侧相抵接。本发明能够实现导杆在轴向任意方向运动时第一弹性件均会受压,从而实现自复位,同时利用摩擦力实现阻尼耗能。
