The invention discloses a load bearing-multistage composite energy dissipation buckling constraint supporting member. The load bearing-multistage composite energy dissipation buckling constraint supporting member comprises an energy consumption core board, a sleeve is located at outside of the energy consumption core board, an edge sealing plate is arranged at two ends of the energy consumption core board through sleeving so as to be connected with the sleeve, a friction material is located at one end of the sleeve and connected with the sleeve, a side face connection plate is respectively invertical connection with the energy consumption core board, a friction cover board is connected with the side face connection plate, the other side is in initial tightening with the sleeve and the friction material through a high-strength bolt, a fixed connection plate is connected with the side face connection plate and the sleeve, the high-strength bolt passes through and initially tightens thefriction cover board, the friction material and the sleeve, and an intelligent gasket is respectively located at two sides of the high-strength bolt in the sleeve and outside the friction cover board.The load bearing-multistage composite energy dissipation buckling constraint supporting member, under small seism, can be used as a first-stage energy dissipation component when a friction damping system performs first-order yielding energy consumption, but under medium seism and big seism, yielding of the energy consumption core board of the member reaches second-order multistage yielding, thus,the member is adaptive to various different member arrangement environments, and can protect safety of buildings.
本发明公布了一种承载‑多级复合消能屈曲约束支撑构件,包括耗能芯板,套筒位于耗能芯板外侧,封边板套置于耗能芯板两端同套筒相连,摩擦材料位于套筒一端且与套筒连接,侧面连接板分别与耗能芯板垂直连接,摩擦盖板同侧面连接板连接,另一侧通过高强螺栓与套筒及摩擦材料预紧,固定连接板连接侧面连接板及套筒,所述高强螺栓穿过并预紧摩擦盖板、摩擦材料和套筒,所述智能垫片成对分别布置于高强螺栓位于套筒内及摩擦盖板外两侧。本发明在小震下摩擦阻尼体系一阶屈服耗能作为一级消能原件,而在中、大震情况下该构件耗能芯板屈服达到二阶多级屈服,适应多种不同的构件布置环境,保护建筑物的安全。
