An integrated leakage-free construction scheme for a roof heat preservation slope comprises the following steps that firstly, a roof is cleaned up, so that the roof is free of impurities, and then theroof is flushed with water till the roof is flushed up; anti-leakage treatment is performed on a reserved hole of the roof; before a roof is dry, a layer of insulation board is laid on the roof to form an insulation layer, and cementing cement paste needs to be coated in advance when the insulation board is laid; and a concrete protective layer is poured on the heat preservation layer. Accordingto the invention, a layer of insulation board is laid on the roof with certain humidity, so that a gap can be effectively prevented from being formed between the insulation board and the roof, water entering the roof cannot flow all around after a certain part of the roof leaks water, and the phenomenon of water mixing caused by local water leakage of the roof can be reduced to the maximum extent;before the heat preservation layer is laid, the reserved hole is subjected to anti-leakage treatment firstly, and it is guaranteed that no leakage phenomenon is generated at the position of the reserved hole.
