The roof heat-preservation layer and slope-making layer positioning device comprises a base plate provided with a vertically-formed through hole; the four plug connectors are used for being inserted into a roof heat preservation plate, the upper portions of the plug connectors are connected to the base plate, the multiple plug connectors are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the base plate, barb parts are formed on the lower portions of the plug connectors, and the barb parts are obliquely arranged inwards and upwards; the thickness indicator is arranged in the penetrating hole in a penetrating mode in a position-adjustable mode, and the distance between the upper portion of the thickness indicator and the roof heat preservation plate is matched with the thickness of a roof slope making layer. The problems that a polystyrene board heat preservation layer of an existing upright roof structure is prone to warping, and a slope making line of a slope making layer is not accurate are solved.
