The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering transformation, in particular to an existing masonry structure transformation construction method which comprises the following steps: 1, checking calculation of a double-spliced channel steel beam; 2, checking calculation of the local compressive bearing capacity of a bearing wall in the existing masonry; 3, positioning and paying off; 4, reinforcing a channel steel beam support; 5, performing channel steel connection and corrosion prevention; 6, installing the double-spliced channel steel beam; and 7, dismantling a wall body. Epitaxial and embedded design concepts are adopted for existing masonry bearing wall dismantling and existing hole broadening transformation respectively, channel steel lintels extend outwards or are embedded into the two sides of a to-be-dismantled wall body to underpinned the original masonry bearing wall, and then horizontal support is provided for lower wall body dismantling. The method is safe and convenient to construct, low in construction cost and good in anti-seismic property, the key technical problems of existing masonry structure transformation design and construction aresolved, the efficient and energy-saving environment-friendly construction requirement is met, and great application and popularization value is achieved.
本发明涉及建筑工程改造技术领域,具体涉及一种既有砌体结构改造施工方法,采取以下步骤:一、双拼槽钢梁验算;二、既有砌体内承重墙局部抗压承载力验算;三、定位放线;四、槽钢梁支座加固;五、槽钢连接与防腐;六、双拼槽钢梁安装;七、墙体拆除。本发明针对既有砌体承重墙拆除和既有洞口扩宽改造分别采取外延式和嵌入式设计理念,在待拆墙体两侧外延或嵌入槽钢过梁托换原有砌体承重墙,继而为下部墙体拆除提供水平支撑。本方法施工安全便捷,施工成本较低,抗震性能好,解决了既有砌体结构改造设计与施工的关键性技术难题,符合高效节能的绿色施工要求,具有极大的推广应用价值。
