The invention provides a multi-station automatic pile making machine for extruding a precast pile through mixed soil. The multi-station automatic pile making machine mainly comprises a rack, extrusionoil cylinders, semicircular upper formworks, a multi-station lower formwork rotary drum and a discharge inclined plane; the two sets of extrusion oil cylinders are symmetrically arranged on the leftside and the right side of the rack in a sleeving mode respectively, the heads of piston rods of the extrusion oil cylinders are fixed to an outer wall plate of the rack, movable core inserting oil cylinders and core inserting rods are installed in the piston rods of the extrusion oil cylinders, the movable semicircular upper formworks and a push-pull oil cylinder are installed on the extrusion oil cylinders, a material separating semicircular inserting plate and the push-pull oil cylinder are arranged on the semicircular upper formworks; a multi-station lower formwork rotary drum provided with three or more semicircular lower formworks is installed on the lower middle portion of the rack and supported on wall plates on the two sides of the middle of the rack through a rotary drum shaft, atransmission device is arranged at one end of the rotary drum shaft; two or more force bearing pull rods are installed on the rack in a penetrating mode; and the whole machine is further provided with a hydraulic system and PLC automatic control. The machine is simple in structure, high in production efficiency, low in production cost, high in automation degree and convenient to popularize and use.
本发明提出了一种混合土挤压预制桩的多工位自动制桩机。它主要由机架，挤压油缸，半圆上模板、多工位下模板转筒，出料斜面组成。两套挤压油缸分别对称地套装在机架的左右两边，挤压油缸活塞杆头部固定在机架的外墙板上，挤压油缸活塞杆内装有可移动的插芯油缸及插芯杆，挤压油缸上面装有可移动的半圆上模板及推拉油缸，半圆上模板上面设置了隔料半圆插板及推拉油缸；机架中下部装有一个装配了三个或多个半圆下模板的多工位下模板转筒，并通过转筒轴支撑在机架中部两边的墙板上，转筒轴一端设有传动装置；机架上贯穿式安装有两根或多根承力拉杆。整机还设置了液压系统和PLC自动控制。本发明结构简单，生产效率高，生产成本低，自动化程度高，便于推广使用。
