The inner diameter of the drill hole is larger than the outer diameter of the precast pile; the center shaft of the precast pile is provided with a grouting channel, the side wall of the precast pile is provided with grout outlets communicated with the grouting channel, each grout outlet is provided with a non-return plug, and the grout outlets and the non-return plugs are sleeved with the sealing hoops so that grout can be prevented from flowing out before entering a soil body.
