The invention relates to a precast pile combined squeezing and expanding pile foundation. The precast pile combined squeezing and expanding pile foundation comprises a precast pile, a drilled hole formed in a soil body in advance and a discrete material filled in the drilled hole. The inner diameter of the drill hole is larger than the outer diameter of the precast pile; the center shaft of the precast pile is provided with a grouting channel, the side wall of the precast pile is provided with grout outlets communicated with the grouting channel, each grout outlet is provided with a non-return plug, and the grout outlets and the non-return plugs are sleeved with the sealing hoops so that grout can be prevented from flowing out before entering a soil body. Before the position where the check plug is located enters a soil body, the closed hoop is dismantled; cement grout flowing into the drill hole through the grouting channel and the grout outlet fills gaps between the discrete materials and extrudes the discrete materials, and the discrete materials and the cement grout form a cement reinforcing body between the outer wall of the precast pile and the inner wall of the drill hole.
