High-efficiency environment-friendly water reducing agent for concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-efficiency environment-friendly water reducing agent for concrete and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: heating water,sequentially adding calcium lignosulphonate, sulfanilic acid, phenol and sodium hydroxide, carrying out reacting while stirring, then adding formaldehyde, continuing stirring, carrying out a condensation reaction, and finally, drying a product of the condensation reaction to obtain powder, thereby obtaining the high-efficiency environment-friendly water reducing agent for concrete. Compared with conventional naphthalene-based and melamine-based high-efficiency water reducing agents, the high-efficiency environment-friendly water reducing agent for concrete has the advantages that water reducing efficiency is high, the function of controlling the fluidity loss of cement paste and concrete is good, and slump loss can be basically avoided within 2 hours; the high-efficiency environment-friendly water reducing agent for concrete is produced at low temperature and normal pressure; production cost is low; production equipment is simple; a process is convenient to control; emission of waste liquid, waste gas, waste residues and the like is avoided; no pollution is caused to the environment; good environmental protection performance is obtained; and the high-efficiency environment-friendlywater reducing agent is powder which is easier to transport and store compared with a common water reducing agent.
本发明公开了一种高效环保混凝土减水剂及其制备方法,通过将水加热后,依次加入木质素磺酸钙、对氨基苯磺酸、苯酚和氢氧化钠,边搅拌边反应,然后加入甲醛,继续搅拌,进行缩合反应,最后将产物干燥成为粉剂,得到该高效环保混凝土减水剂;该高效环保混凝土减水剂与现有的萘系、三聚氰氨系高效减水剂相比,减水效率高,控制水泥浆及混凝土流动性损失的功能好,能达到2小时基本无塌落度损失,且该高效环保混凝土减水剂在低温、常压下生产,生产成本低,生产设备简单,工艺便于控制,无废液、废气、废渣等的排放,对环境无污染,环保性能好,而且该高效环保混凝土减水剂为粉剂较一般的水剂更易于运输储藏。
