本发明公开一种适用于砂浆及预拌混凝土的高效环保减水剂及其制备方法,其中包括具有以下组成及其重量份数:聚醚大单体30‑35、改性淀粉2‑3.5、双氧水0.12‑0.15、丙烯酸2.5‑4.0、维生素C 0.03‑0.05、巯基丙酸0.09‑0.15、胡敏酸0.40‑0.60及去离子水40‑50,本发明制备工艺过程节能环保、成本低,且产品性能优异,不但具有较高的减水率,并进一步扩大水泥颗粒的分散性,充分激发混凝土中水泥的功效,从而降低水泥用量,同时,对于人工砂的适应性也有良好的表现,可有效降低河砂的使用量,达到经济性及环保性的特点。
