The plate is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:0.2 to 1 part of a hyperdispersant, 50 to 60 parts of quartz sand, 5 to 15 parts of calcium carbonate powder or modified quartz powder, 5 to 15 parts of cement and 5 to 15 parts of waterborne epoxy resin. The preparation method comprises the steps of mixing and uniformly stirring quartz sand, calcium carbonate powder or modified quartz powder and cement, adding the hyperdispersant and waterborne epoxy resin, uniformly stirring the hyperdispersant and waterborne epoxy resin to obtain a plate raw material, placing the plate raw material in a forming mold, carrying out compression molding, and carrying out maintenance demolding and polishing treatment to complete the preparation. According to the plate, the hot linear expansion coefficient of the product is effectively reduced, the deformation resistance of the product is improved, and the wear resistance and durability are improved.
