Volute concrete intelligent temperature control system and method
The invention relates to a volute concrete intelligent temperature control system and method. The volute concrete intelligent temperature control system comprises a multi-source sensing module, a realanalysis module, an intelligent control module, a data acquisition integrated control cabinet, an integrated flow temperature integrated control cabinet, a cooling unit, a water return branch pipe, awater inlet branch pipe and an embedded cooling water pipe, and an electromagnetic valve is arranged on the water return branch pipe or the water inlet branch pipe; the multi-source sensing module isused for carrying out real-time online monitoring on the internal temperature of a concrete pouring block, the cooling water inlet and outlet temperature and the water flow, and transmitting sensed multi-source data to the data acquisition integrated control cabinet; and the real analysis module sets a target temperature control curve for each pouring block in a personalized manner based on a temperature control design standard, monitoring data and a pouring progress, compares sensed multi-source data with the target temperature control curve, calculates deviation and maps the deviation intoa flow control measure through a fuzzy system, and then a PID controller executes the control measure, so that the final control on the internal temperature of the concrete is realized.
