The base comprises a precast pile base, a precast bearing platform, a precast hollow thin-wall circular pier and a power transmission tower construction platform. The pile base and the bearing platform are connected by adopting a bolt-grouting method, and the other pre-fabricated members are connected through flange plates. The assembled power transmission tower base structure has the following advantages that all structures are pre-fabricated members, the construction period is short, and the base can decrease the height of a power transmission tower and is suitable for building of power transmission towers in mountains large in height difference.
