The water discharge connector is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, and a water passing channel is arranged between the water inlet and the water outlet; the water passing channel comprises an annular flow generating section which communicates with the water inlet and is used for generating annular waterflow, an annular flow accelerating section which communicates with the annular flow generating section and is used for accelerating annular water flow, and a first scattering section which communicates with the annular flow accelerating section and of which the inner diameter is gradually increased in the water discharge direction so as to form windmill-shaped tangential water flow. The inventionfurther provides the water discharge device comprising the water discharge connector. The water discharge connector can enable the water flow to be scattered all around, the water flow scattering area is large, the water discharge device can form water spray within the conical spraying range in the sterilized water discharge mode, and sterilizing is safe and convenient.
