The invention discloses a self-insulation composite floor slab and a construction method. The self-insulation composite floor slab comprises a prefabricated bottom plate layer, and a sandwich insulation layer and a cast-in-place concrete layer are sequentially arranged above the prefabricated bottom plate layer. Anti-shear keys with low heat conductivity are arranged between the prefabricated bottom plate layer and the cast-in-place concrete layer. The construction method comprises the following specific steps that (1) a prefabricated steel bar framework and a steel bar truss are bound, the anti-shear keys are mounted on the prefabricated steel bar framework, concrete is poured, and the prefabricated bottom plate layer is obtained after curing; (2) the sandwich insulation layer is paved above the prefabricated bottom plate layer, the steel bar truss is located in the sandwich insulation layer, and the upper ends of the anti-shear keys are exposed out of the sandwich insulation layer; (3) prefabricated concrete with pavement of the sandwich insulation layer completed is conveyed to the site to be hoisted in place; (4) the upper ends of the anti-shear keys are bound to a cast-in-place steel bar framework, concrete is poured, and the cast-in-place concrete layer is obtained; and (5) plastering of the slab bottom and surface layer construction of the slab surface are carried out. By means of the self-insulation composite floor slab and the construction method, it can be guaranteed that the insulation layer is not prone to being destroyed, the use feeling of users can be improved, and the insulation effect can also be improved.
