The invention discloses a fire-fighting individual tent with fireproof and high-temperature-resistant performance. The fire-fighting individual tent comprises tent cloth and a tent support body, wherein a tent inlet and outlet opening allowing a fire fighter to enter and exit from the tent cloth conveniently is formed in one side face of the tent cloth; a tent inlet and outlet curtain is arrangedon the tent inlet and outlet opening; the tent support body comprises a transverse rod and two pairs of side rods, wherein the length of the transverse rod can be adjusted according to the height of the fire fighter; the side rods are used for effectively supporting the side faces of the tent cloth; one pair of side rods are detachably inserted into one end of the transverse rod through connectingpieces, and the other pair of side rods are detachably inserted into the other end of the transverse rod through the other connecting piece; and the tent cloth is effectively supported by the tent support body formed by inserting the transverse rod, the connecting pieces and the side rods and then is overall in a triangular prism shape. The efficiency of assembling the tent by the fire fighter iseffectively improved, meanwhile, the tent has good fireproof and high-temperature-resistant performance, the sleeping quality of the fire fighter is improved, and the safety performance of the fire fighter is improved.
