Unfired ceramsite based on urban river sludge and regenerated garbage and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses unfired ceramsite based on urban river sludge and regenerated garbage and a preparation method of the unfired ceramsite. The unfired ceramsite is prepared from, in parts by weight, 50-70 parts of river sludge; 20-40 parts of solid waste garbage powder; 10-20 parts of cement; 1-5 parts of a pore-forming agent; and 7-12 parts of an excitant. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the materials in proportion, and fully mixing the solid waste garbage powder and the cement; adding the pore-forming agent and the excitant, and carrying out full stirringto obtain a mixture; then adding the river sludge and fully stirring; and finally, carrying out pugging by a pugging machine, and then putting the product into a balling granulator to prepare the ceramsite. According to the technology, the river sludge and the solid waste garbage powder are used as the raw materials of the ceramsite, so that the river sludge and the garbage are recycled, the costof the ceramsite is reduced, the environmental protection function is achieved, and the effect of protecting the environment is achieved.
本发明公开了一种基于城市河道污泥和再生垃圾的免烧陶粒及制备方法,按照重量份数计,包括河道污泥50‑70份;固体废弃物垃圾粉料20‑40份;水泥10‑20份;成孔剂1‑5份;激发剂7‑12份。制备时,先按照比例称重,而后将固体废弃物垃圾粉料和水泥混合充分,然后将所述成孔剂和激发剂投入,充分搅拌,得到混合料;之后将河道污泥加入并充分搅拌;最后经过练泥机练泥后放图成球造粒机制得陶粒。本技术由于将河道污泥和固体废弃物垃圾粉料作为陶粒的原料,实现对河道污泥和垃圾的回收利用,降低陶粒的成本,同时达到环保功能,起到保护环境的效果。
