The invention discloses a rapid repair capillary crystalline waterproof material and a preparation method thereof. The rapid repair capillary crystalline waterproof material is prepared from grey cement, quartz sand, a water reducing agent, a grey master batch, latex powder, fibers, a crystal growth agent and an expanding agent, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) uniformly premixing the grey master batch, the latex powder, the fibers and the crystal growth agent for 20-30 minutes by adopting a mixing stirrer, wherein premixing time is 20-30 min; (2) grinding the raw materials obtained in the step (1), and sieving with a 180-mesh sieve, and (3) after the step (2), adding ash cement, quartz sand, the expanding agent and the water reducing agent, and stirring for 30-50 minutes to obtain a target product, and enabling generated crystals to go deep into a concrete structure to block structural gaps.
