The invention discloses a zirconium-containing corundum spinel brick for hazardous waste disposal equipment and a preparation method thereof. The zirconium-containing corundum spinel brick is composedof the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 50-80% of fused white corundum, 5-30% of alumina-magnesia spinel, 5-10% of alumina micro-powder, 1-10% of zirconia micro-powder and 2-4% of a binding agent. The preparation method comprises the steps of: firstly, preparing various raw materials according to the proportion of the zirconium-containing corundum spinel brick; carrying out dry mixing on fused white corundum and aluminum-magnesium spinel, then adding a binding agent, mixing, and finally adding zirconium oxide micro powder and aluminum oxide micro powder for mixing, so as to obtain a mixed material; ageing and pressing the mixed material into a green brick; and sequentially drying and sintering the obtained green brick to obtain the product zirconium-containing corundum spinel brick. The product prepared by the invention has excellent erosion resistance, permeation resistance and thermal shock resistance, is suitable for hazardous waste disposal equipment, has the service life of more than 15 months, can replace chromium oxide-containing refractory bricks to reduce the pollution of chromium oxide to the environment, and is an environment-friendly product.
本发明公开了一种危废处置设备用含锆刚玉尖晶石砖及其制备方法。以重量百分含量表示,由原料电熔白刚玉50~80%、铝镁尖晶石5~30%、氧化铝微粉5~10%、氧化锆微粉1~10%和结合剂2~4%组成。首先按照含锆刚玉尖晶石砖的配比配制各种原料;将电熔白刚玉和铝镁尖晶石干混,接着加入结合剂再混料,最后加入氧化锆微粉和氧化铝微粉混练,得到混合物料;将混合物料困料、压制为砖坯;所得砖坯依次进行干燥、烧成,得到产品含锆刚玉尖晶石砖。本发明制备所得产品,具有优良的抗侵蚀、抗渗透、抗热震性能,适用于处置危险废弃物设备,使用寿命达到15个月以上,可替代含氧化铬耐火砖降低氧化铬对环境污染,是一种环境友好型产品。
