The invention discloses a corundum spinel brick for hazardous waste disposal equipment and a preparation method thereof. The corundum spinel brick comprises the raw materials in percentage by weight:60-85% of fused white corundum, 5-30% of aluminum-magnesium spinel, 5-10% of aluminum oxide micro powder and 2-4% of a binding agent. The preparation method comprises the steps: firstly, preparing various raw materials according to a preparation proportion; pouring a fused white corundum aggregate and an aluminum-magnesium spinel aggregate into a mixer for dry mixing, then adding the binding agentfor re-mixing, and finally pouring fused white corundum powder and the aluminum oxide micro powder for re-mixing to obtain a mixed material; ageing the obtained mixed material, and carrying out compression molding to obtain a green brick; and sequentially drying and sintering the obtained green brick to obtain the product corundum spinel brick. The corundum spinel brick prepared by the method hasthe characteristics of environmental friendliness, no chromium oxide, excellent erosion resistance, permeation resistance, thermal shock resistance and the like.
本发明公开了一种危废处置设备用刚玉尖晶石砖和制备方法。以重量百分含量表示,刚玉尖晶石砖的原料组成为电熔白刚玉60~85%、铝镁尖晶石5~30%、氧化铝微粉5~10%和结合剂2~4%。首先按照配制比例配制各种原料;先将电熔白刚玉骨料和铝镁尖晶石骨料倒入混料机干混,然后加入结合剂再混料,最后将电熔白刚玉粉和氧化铝微粉倒入再混练,得到混合物料;所得混合物料进行困料、压制成型为砖坯;所得砖坯依次进行干燥、烧成,得到产品刚玉尖晶石砖。利用本发明制备的刚玉尖晶石砖具有环境友好、不含氧化铬、并且其抗侵蚀、抗渗透、抗热震性能优良等特点。
