The invention provides a golden metallic luster textured ceramic and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps that 1, powder and polyvinyl alcohol are mixed and granulated to prepare granulated powder, the powder comprises Y2O3 stabilized ZrO2 powder, zirconium nitride powder, auxiliary materials and a sintering aid, and the auxiliary materials are selected from atleast one of titanium nitride powder, titanium boride powder and titanium carbide powder; (2) the granulated powder is pressed into a green body; (3) the green body is subjected to rubber dischargingunder the reducing atmosphere condition, and a rubber discharging blank is obtained; (4) the rubber discharging blank is subjected to polishing to obtain a polished blank; and (5) the polished blank is sintered in a reducing atmosphere, the sintering temperature is 1450-1650 DEG C, the heat preservation time is 1-8 h, the reducing atmosphere comprises inert gas and hydrogen, and the golden metallic luster texture ceramic is prepared. The surface of the ceramic prepared through the preparation method has golden metallic luster texture, the application range of the ceramic is widened, the sintering temperature is not high, and energy consumption and cost are reduced.
本发明提供一种金色金属光泽质感陶瓷及其制备方法，步骤包括：(1)将粉料和聚乙烯醇混合并进行造粒，制得造粒粉，其中粉料包括Y2O3稳定ZrO2粉、氮化锆粉、辅料和烧结助剂，辅料选自氮化钛粉、硼化钛粉、碳化钛粉中的至少一者；(2)将造粒粉压制成生坯；(3)对生坯在还原气氛条件下进行排胶，得到排胶坯；(4)对排胶坯进行抛光，得到抛光坯；(5)对抛光坯在还原气氛下进行烧结，烧结温度为1450℃～1650℃，保温时间为1～8h，还原气氛包括惰性气体和氢气，制得金色金属光泽质感陶瓷。通过该制备方法制得的陶瓷表面具有金色金属光泽质感，拓宽其应用范围，且烧结温度不高，降低能耗和成本。
