The invention relates to stirring equipment, and particularly relates to intermittent discharging, mixing and stirring equipment for asphalt. The intermittent discharging, mixing and stirring equipment for asphalt can be used for quickly stirring asphalt and preventing the asphalt from being stuck in a container in a stirring process. The intermittent discharging, mixing and stirring equipment forasphalt comprises a base used for installing the whole equipment, a first support frame arranged in the middle of the upper part of the base, the container arranged at the upper part of the first support frame, and a second support frame arranged at the upper part of the container. According to the equipment, the effects that asphalt can be rapidly stirred, and the asphalt is prevented from adhering to the interior of the container in the stirring process are achieved; and a second rotating shaft drives a connecting rod and a push plate to rotate so that the asphalt can be prevented from adhering to the bottom in the container in the asphalt stirring process.
