The bridge girder erection machine comprises a longitudinal guidebeam, a supporting device, a positioning device, and a crane car, wherein the supporting device is arranged below the longitudinal guide beam; the positioning device is movably arranged below the longitudinal guide beam, and a distance and an angle between the positioning device and the supporting device are adjustable; and the crane car is arranged on the longitudinal guide beam and is used for extracting a precast beam, the positioning device is movably arranged below the longitudinal guide beam, the position of the positioning device on the longitudinal guide beam is adjusted, then a distance position and an oblique crossing angle of the positioning device and the supporting device are controlled, and the bridge girder erection machine can adapt to various different distances and oblique crossing angles between two piers in a small-radius curve bridge construction process.
