The invention provides a bridge girder erection machine and a via hole girder erection method of the bridge girder erection machine. The bridge girder erection machine comprises a machine arm, a controller, and a static leveling instrument, a first supporting column, a second supporting column and a third supporting column which are electrically connected with the controller, the first supporting column, the second supporting column and the third supporting column are arranged at the front end, the middle and the rear end of the vehicle arm correspondingly and can stretch and retract relative to the vehicle arm. The static force level gauge is arranged on the machine arm, and the positions, corresponding to the first supporting column, the second supporting column and the third supporting column, of the machine arm serve as a datum point, a first measuring point and a second measuring point respectively; the controller obtains a first settlement value between the reference point and the first measuring point and a second settlement value between the reference point and the second measuring point through analysis and calculation; the controller controls the first supporting column, the second supporting column and the third supporting column to stretch out and draw back so that the first settlement value can be within a first set range, and the second settlement value can be within a second set range. The controller monitors and adjusts the levelness of the machine arm in real time through the static force level gauge, and it is ensured that the machine arm is kept horizontal.
