The invention provides a self-elevating platform, a lifting system of the self-elevating platform and a lifting method of the self-elevating platform. The lifting system comprises a pile fixing frame,a lifting beam, a lifting hydraulic cylinder and supporting units; the pile fixing frame is fixed to a main deck of the self-elevating platform and surrounds the peripheries of pile legs of the self-elevating platform; the lifting beam is driven by the lifting hydraulic cylinder to ascend and descend relative to the pile fixing frame; the supporting units comprise bearing blocks, supporting pieces and locking pieces; the bearing blocs are fixed on the pile fixing frame and are opposite to the lifting beam up and down; the supporting pieces are arranged on the bearing blocks in a lifting modeand can abut against the lifting beam so as to lock the extending length of a piston rod of the lifting hydraulic cylinder in the unloading state; and the locking pieces are connected with the bearingblocks and the supporting pieces and used for locking the positions of the supporting pieces relative to the bearing blocks. According to the self-elevating platform, the lifting system of the self-elevating platform and the lifting method of the self-elevating platform, and the stability of the pile standing state of the self-elevating platform can be improved.
本发明提供了一种自升平台及其升降系统、升降方法。所述升降系统包括固桩架、升降梁、升降液压缸及支撑单元;固桩架固定在自升平台的主甲板上,围设在自升平台的桩腿的外周;升降梁通过升降液压缸驱动而相对于所述固桩架升降;支撑单元包括承重块、支撑件和锁紧件;所述承重块固定于所述固桩架上,并与所述升降梁上下相对;所述支撑件可升降地设置在所述承重块上,并可抵接所述升降梁以锁定所述升降液压缸在卸荷状态下的活塞杆伸出长度;所述锁紧件连接所述承重块和所述支撑件,用以锁定所述支撑件相对于所述承重块的位置。本发明可提高自升平台站桩状态的稳定性。
