Vacuum grouting device for microbial seepage prevention of jointed rock mass and using method thereof
The invention discloses a vacuum grouting device for microbial seepage prevention of a jointed rock mass and a using method thereof. A plurality of suction holes are formed in an outer wall of a lowersection of a suction pipe, a grouting pipe is arranged in the suction pipe, an upper end of the suction pipe extends upwards, a nut, a spacer and a stop-grouting plug are sleeved on the outer wall ofthe upper section of the suction pipe, a non-woven fabric is arranged on the outer wall of the lower section of the suction pipe, and an exhaust pipe is arranged on the side wall of the upper sectionof the suction pipe; three grouting holes are drilled when a rock mass is subjected to grouting anti-seepage; and after grouting devices are placed in the grouting holes, the three grouting devices alternately perform grouting. The vacuum grouting device adopts vacuum negative pressure grouting. For the jointed rock mass, good effects are hard to be achieved by using common intravenous grouting and other traditional methods. With the aid of vacuum negative pressure, the original air and water in the rock mass that hinder the advancement of the grout are removed; at the same time, the tiny airbubbles in fissures are sucked and discharged together, so that the effective contact between a bacterial liquid the rock particles is more, so as to improve anti-seepage effect.
本发明公开了一种裂隙岩体微生物防渗用真空注浆装置及使用方法,在吸气管下段外壁上开有多个吸气孔,在吸气管内部设有注浆管,注浆管的上端向上延伸,在吸气管上段外壁上套设有螺母、垫块、止浆塞,在吸气管下段外壁设有无纺布,在吸气管上段侧壁设有排气管;岩体进在行注浆防渗时,钻取三个注浆孔,在注浆装置置于注浆孔内后,由三个注浆装置交替进行注浆。本发明采用真空负压注浆,对于裂隙岩体,采用普通的静脉注浆等传统方法很难实现良好效果,在真空负压辅助下使得岩体中原有阻碍浆液前进的空气和水被清除,同时裂隙中的微小气泡会被一并抽吸外排,使得菌液与岩石颗粒之间的有效接触更多,以提高防渗效果。
