Rock stratum grouting anti-seepage reinforcement method
The invention discloses a rock stratum grouting anti-seepage reinforcement method. The method comprises the steps that a target permeable rock stratum is determined; the target rock stratum is detected through a geophysical prospecting method, the leakage condition is analyzed, and the target permeable rock stratum needing to be modified is determined; fracturing the target permeable rock stratum with good continuity to obtain a non-continuous target permeable rock stratum; a grouting material is determined, and the grouting amount is calculated; arranging holes and forming holes; according to the composite grouting material, a tough layer-supporting layer-tough layer sandwich structure is obtained according to the determined grouting amount, an anti-seepage system is formed, due to the fact that organic materials are added into the composite grouting material, generated gas is heated by a large amount of heat generated by the violent reaction of the materials, the gas expands when heated, and therefore secondary thrust is formed, and the grouting effect is guaranteed. The composite grouting material has excellent toughness and water absorption expansibility, not only can eliminate the stress concentration phenomenon caused by coal mining disturbance, but also can absorb water to swell to reduce the water passing capacity of an overlying rock layer, and solves the technical problem that an existing grouting process is poor in treatment effect on the water-preserved coal mining problem.
本发明公开了一种岩层注浆防渗加固方法,确定目标渗透岩层;利用物探方法对目标岩层进行探测,分析渗漏情况,确定需要改性的目标渗透岩层;对连续性好的目标渗透岩层压裂,得到非连续性的目标渗透岩层;确定注浆材料,并计算注浆量;布孔与成孔;确定的注浆量,得到“韧性层‑支撑层‑韧性层”的三明治结构,形成防渗体系,由于复合注浆材料中加入了有机材料,材料的剧烈反应产生大量的热将产生的气体加热,气体遇热膨胀从而形成二次推力,使注浆效果得到保障。复合注浆材料具有优异的韧性与吸水膨胀性,既能消除采煤扰动产生的应力集中现象,又能吸水膨胀降低上覆岩层的过水能力,解决了现有注浆工艺针对保水采煤问题治理效果较差的技术问题。
