Hole forming construction of the cylindrical anti-slide piles is conducted, the cylindrical anti-slide piles are poured, the soil baffles are manufactured, the soil bodies between the adjacent cylindrical anti-slide piles are excavated, concrete strips are installed between the adjacent cylindrical anti-slide piles, the soil bodies behind the piles are backfilled till the soil bodies are flush with the concrete strips, and the process is repeated multiple times till the height of the soil baffles is flush with the height of the cylindrical anti-slide piles.
