Fabricated pile-slab wall and construction method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of pile-slab walls, in particular to a fabricated pile-slab wall. The fabricated pile-slab wall comprises two or more steel pipe piles and two or more fenders; the two steel pipe piles are each provided with one or more sliding grooves, the sliding grooves are formed in the mode of extending in the length direction of the steel pipe piles, and the one or more sliding grooves in the two steel pipe piles are oppositely formed; and the two sides of the fenders can be clamped in the sliding grooves in the two steel pipe piles in a relative-sliding modecorrespondingly, wherein both the steel pipe piles and the fenders are preformed, and all the fenders are sequentially mounted in the sliding grooves from the tops of the steel pipe piles. Through themode of prefabricating the steel pipe piles and the fenders in a factory, the on-site construction period is shortened while the quality of a constructed and preformed piece is controlled well; and in addition, through the mode of excavating a soil layer in front of the fenders layer by layer by cooperating with the multiple fenders during construction, rolling of loose gravel and overall destabilization of a slope can be effectively prevented. The invention further relates to a construction method of the fabricated pile-slab wall.
本发明涉及桩板墙技术领域,尤其涉及一种装配式桩板墙,包括:至少两个钢管桩,两钢管桩均具有至少一个滑槽,滑槽沿钢管桩的长度方向延伸设置,且两钢管桩上的滑槽至少有一个相对设置;至少两个挡泥板,挡泥板的两侧分别可相对滑动地卡设在两钢管桩上的滑槽内;其中,钢管桩、挡泥板均为预制成型,每个挡泥板从钢管桩的顶部依次安装至滑槽内。本发明通过将钢管桩和挡泥板在工厂预制的方式,较好的控制施工预成型件的质量的同时也缩短了现场的施工工期;此外,通过在施工时,对挡泥板前的土层进行配合多块挡泥板逐层开挖的方式,可有效防止散碎石滚落和边坡整体失稳。本发明还请求保护一种装配式桩板墙的施工方法。
